What Should Parents Do

After completing the repair, the original USB module should be removed from the chair and disposed off in regular household trash.

Babyletto can also be reached toll-free at 866-621-9483 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Consumers may also email the company at kiwi.recall@babyletto.com, or visit either babylettorecall.com or www.babyletto.com and click the “Product Recalls” link at the bottom of the page.

It is essential to note that the recliner can still be safely used after the repair is completed, although the USB charging ports will no longer be functional. The repair eliminates the overheating hazard associated with the USB module while preserving the chair’s primary reclining and gliding features.
